The use of services provided by smmcity.com establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of Service and smmcity would not be held liable for loss in any way for users who have not read the below terms of service.

Services

• Smmcity will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.
• We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, however we assure you to get the followers you pay for.
• We DO NOT ensure 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded photos, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
• You will not upload anything to the Smmcity site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders.
• You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason.
• If you submit a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we deliver to you or your client's Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.
• Orders placed in Smmcity will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Smmcity account if the order is not deliverable.
• Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
• Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
• Please do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct followers/likes number in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!
• Our most of services start instantly except a few services that take 24-48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 24 hours per day to provide you with support

Privacy Policy

• Our company highly values your privacy. We follow a policy of confidentiality to tell you how we collect and use information about you and what we do to keep this information confidential.
• In Smmcity we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Also, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.
• We don’t communicate and contact the owners of services
• We do not disclose information about your resale - all info remains with us.
• Smmcity will protect your data for safety and the prevention of fraud, theft, or loss. Also, we guarantee the security of your data from copying or modification by third parties.

This Terms of Service / Privacy Policy can change at any time, Sometimes it does that and we are fully entitled to it.
